Saigon Ritual began with a simple mission: bring exceptional Vietnamese coffee to people who care about what they drink — not as exotic novelty, but as everyday ceremony.
Vietnamese coffee is bold, unapologetic, and deeply satisfying. It pairs with sweetened condensed milk not to mask inferior beans, but to create perfect balance — bitter and sweet, strong and creamy, hot and iced. It’s coffee that doesn’t whisper; it announces itself.
That belief shapes everything we do:
- Sourced from Vietnam’s Central Highlands. Our beans come from the rich volcanic soil of regions like Đắk Lắk, Lâm Đồng, and Gia Lai — the heartland of Vietnamese coffee. We work with trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality.
- Roasted at origin in small batches. Our coffee is roasted in Vietnam by people who’ve been perfecting the craft for generations — preserving the bold, chocolatey profile that makes Vietnamese coffee unmistakable.
- Robusta, celebrated. We don’t apologize for robusta. It’s the backbone of Vietnamese coffee tradition — higher caffeine, lower acidity, incredible body. We also offer rare varieties like Liberica and fruit-fermented arabica for those who want to explore further.
The Ritual
You don’t need a sidewalk stool in Saigon to practice this ritual. You need:
