Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days | $6.95 (Free on orders over $60)

All orders ship from California via USPS Priority Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Every order is carefully hand-packed in our signature kraft boxes to make sure your coffee arrives in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday). Weekend and holiday orders ship the following business day.

What’s in Your Box

Your coffee ships in branded kraft packaging designed to protect freshness during transit. Each bag is sealed and labeled with its origin, tasting notes, and brewing recommendations — everything you need to start your ritual the moment it arrives.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package anytime at usps.com.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 7+ days, reach out to us at hello@saigonritual.com and we’ll look into it right away.

Shipping Delays

We ship via USPS, and once your package is in their hands, delivery timelines are outside our control. In rare cases, weather events or postal disruptions may cause delays. If your order is significantly late (7+ business days past the estimated delivery), contact us and we’ll either reship it or issue a full refund — your choice.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on bringing Saigon Ritual to coffee lovers around the world — join our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping goes live.
